Refund Policy

When booking a room through our website, you have the option to choose between two rates:

1. Standard rate
2. Non-refundable rate (10% discount over the standard rate)

Standard Rate Policies

If you book your room with this rate, you may cancel your booking for free up to 60 days before arrival.

If you need to cancel your reservation less than 60 days before arrival, you will be charged a fee equal to 30% of your reservation’s total.

Examples

• If you book a room for €550 and you cancel your reservation 30 days before arrival, you will be charged €165.
• If you cancel 60+ days before arrival, you will not be charged.
• If you do not cancel and do not show up at the hotel at the agreed-upon date, you will still be charged a 30% fee.

Non-Refundable Rate Policies

If you book your room with the non-refundable rate, we will collect the full amount when you make your online booking. This amount is non-refundable in case of a cancellation or no show.
